🐾 We are thrilled to announce that Landon, our resilient and charming feline friend, has been chosen as Richmond Animal League's 2025 Cat Mascot! 🐾
Landon's Journey
Landon's story is one of courage and determination. Found as a tiny kitten at a bank and brought to us in 2023, he faced significant health challenges, including a liver shunt—a condition where blood bypasses the liver, preventing proper detoxification. Despite these obstacles, Landon underwent successful surgery in 2024 and celebrated his first birthday that year. His remarkable recovery has been nothing short of inspiring. A Natural in Front of the Camera
Landon recently dazzled us during his mascot photoshoot. His comfort and poise in front of the camera were evident, a result of the loving attention and countless photos taken by our RAL team throughout his journey. We've been training him for this moment his entire life—he's practically a professional model at this point!
