How It Works

This isn’t just a photo contest—it’s a fundraising competition where every dollar makes a difference.

  • $1 = 1 vote for your pet

  • Top 12 pets win a professional photoshoot with Brittany Rose Petography

  • Each of the Top 12 will be featured in their own month in the 2026 RAL calendar

  • The #1 pet will land the coveted calendar cover

  • Every pet who raises $250 or more will be featured on a calendar date

All proceeds directly support Richmond Animal League’s mission to provide hope, help, and homes for animals in need. Last year, your votes raised over $85,000, can we top it in 2025?

RAL Fall Fest & Calendar Contest Countdown

Join us for RAL's Fall Fest on Saturday, September 27, from 5:00 - 7:00 PM! Enjoy adoptable pets, family-friendly activities, food, and music.

Bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket, get in those last minute votes, and await the final results of the Calendar Contest while enjoying live music, food trucks, vendors, and drinks. 

At the end of the event, we will reveal the top 12 calendar winners!

The fest will take place at Richmond Animal League’s Loving Spay+Neuter Clinic at 801 Branchway Rd. Expect a lively atmosphere with vendors, live music, and food. Don't miss out on the festivities!
